Subject	oil filter housing

Message	My car has had a small oil leak for a few years now. It seems like it has gotten worse. So i had a mechanic look at it and he said it seems to be from the oil filter housing gasket. He said he needs to take the turbo off to replace the gasket. because he cant get to the top bolts. Is this true?
